Working with us
…the Premiere Klasse experience..
1. Showroom Visit:
You are warmly invited to come and visit us – no appointment needed. There will always be someone on hand to discuss your project and book in a no obligation site survey.
2. The Survey:
The survey is crucial in terms of making sure your dream bathroom or kitchen not only looks great but fits and functions perfectly. Our designer will visit your home noting critical elements such as soil stack location, wall structure, windowsill height, whether you have high or low water pressure and all other relevant factors that impact the design.
It is a good opportunity to talk through layout options and your overall vision for the room.
3. Design Stage:
Once the designer has completed the site survey, they take the information gathered and spend time devising a design using the latest software, producing high quality 3D images of your dream bathroom or kitchen.
Selecting finishes and ordering in samples if required ahead of the presentation. We aim to be ready to present to you within 5 days of the site survey being conducted.
4. Presentation at the showroom:
The designer will invite you to visit our showroom to bring your new bathroom or kitchen to life, presenting the design to you and making edits and changes based on your feedback. The design will include life like photographic quality 3D visuals, a floor plan, and a budget estimate. Following this discussion, we will show you samples and finishes of your chosen products, allowing you to make changes and tweaks to your scheme. You are now truly immersed in the design process.
The initial design service is complimentary but after a couple of iterations, if further changes are required, we ask you for a commitment of £1000.00 which is non-refundable but deductible against your project costs once you decide to proceed.
5. Acceptance & Payment:
Following the presentation our designer will provide you with a final quotation for your acceptance.
Our payment terms if we are supplying the products but not doing the installation are payment in full prior to any products being ordered.
For clients where we are also doing the installation a payment of £1000.00 is now required (if not already paid during the design process), and a technical survey will then be scheduled.
Our payment terms where we are also doing the installation are payment of 50% prior to ordering any products, a further 40% 3 weeks prior to installation, and the final 10% upon completion and successful sign off.
6. Technical survey:
(Supply & installation customers only)
Once you have decided to proceed with your new kitchen or bathroom one of our project managers will visit your home to confirm room dimensions and sense check the practicality of the design. Once everything is confirmed we will schedule a date for your installation.
7. Installation:
We will allocate one of our Project Managers to oversee your job and he will schedule our experienced in house installers and ensure your project runs smoothly. To complete your installation, we include a professional cleaning service and offer an optional concierge service to pack up your room prior to installation and to re-dress your room upon completion. This is especially popular for kitchen installations.
8. Sign off final payment:
How exciting. The installation is complete, the new room is gleaming and has moved from a vision to a reality. Our project manager will work his way around the room with you validating that everything is finished to your satisfaction, making notes of details such as the grout colour used in case it is needed in the future.
We then ask you to sign off the job as complete and to make payment of the final balance due; 10% plus or minus any agreed changes made during the installation.
