Our designers have degree level design qualifications and a passion for interiors. We will put great care and attention into creating something unique for you, tailored specifically to your taste, ensuring that together, we help you embrace change to achieve the space you dreamed of.
No hidden extras:
Our transparent pricing means the installation cost is fixed unless, during the preparation stage, an issue is discovered which the technical survey did not reveal.
There will be no unexpected extras, so the only changes to pricing will be for supplementary work you request and agree during the installation.
Scheduling your installation:
Meticulous planning means that our jobs run to a tight schedule. A bathroom typically takes 2-3 weeks with kitchens varying depending on the scope of the project.
Once we start your job you will have a dedicated main fitter for the duration and a Project Manager to keep it all on track.
Project management:
You will be allocated a dedicated Project Manager whose role will be to take over from designer as your main point of contact.
They will keep you informed of the project’s progress and make sure any concerns or issues are dealt with. Having a project manager mitigates the stress that arises from having to coordinate delivery of goods and having to avoid scheduling conflicts among the multiple contractors you will need to employ.
Our Project Management service is included within our installation cost.
Our installation team:
Employed directly by our sister company Dependon Limited are our experienced team of Bathroom and Kitchen fitters, Electricians, Plumbers, Gas Engineers and Carpenters.
We also have a long-established relationship with builders, plasterers and decorators whose impeccable quality and service we trust.
Dependon Limited are members of BIKBBI (British Institute of Kitchens Bedrooms and bathroom installations) NICEIC accredited, Gas Safe registered, and are members of Checkatrade
Spotlessly clean:
Once your project is complete we send in professional cleaners as a complementary service to clean any areas that have been affected by the installation. We also offer an optional concierge service whereby a professional designer can pack up your room prior to installation and re-dress your room upon completion.
This is especially popular for kitchen installations where the kitchen cabinetry then looks beautiful inside and out.
After care & guarantee:
Our workmanship is guaranteed for two years, and all our products are covered by the manufacturers warranties. If for any reason a problem arises after your installation is complete we will rectify it as a matter of priority.
We provide aftercare guidelines for certain products such as special finish brassware where you need to be cautious about using certain detergents, looking after your worktops particularly wood which needs to be periodically oiled and our hand painted kitchens which need to be treated with care.

The initial design service is complimentary but after a couple of iterations, if further changes are required, we ask you for a commitment of 10% which is non-refundable but deductible against your project costs once you decide to proceed.
